Equipment introduction

Blackening line is an automated production line specialized in blackening metal surfaces. The line converts metal surfaces to black or dark colors through a series of process steps such as cleaning, degreasing, pickling, blackening, drying, etc. to improve their corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and aesthetics.

Blacking lines typically consist of multiple workstations, each equipped with specialized equipment and tools to perform specific process steps. For example, a cleaning station may be equipped with a high-pressure water jet and detergent to remove dirt and grease from the metal surface; a pickling station uses an acid solution to remove oxides and rust from the metal surface; a blacking station uses a specific blacking agent to blacken the metal surface; and finally, a drying station uses equipment such as hot air or infrared rays to dry the metal surface.

In the production line of blackening equipment, each process step requires strict control of temperature, time, concentration and other parameters to ensure the consistency and stability of product quality. In addition, the production line must be equipped with automated control systems and monitoring equipment to realize real-time monitoring and adjustment of the production process.
