Features of semi-automatic roll plating equipment production line:
1. Designed for roll galvanised nickel products with a minimum workpiece of 0.1mm for small needle pieces.
2. Equipped with PP plate CNC perforated roller, adjustable speed, and equipped with barrel self-rotating drip device.
3. The whole line is designed with a linear roller plating plating production line and a semi-automatic control system.
4. Two gantry cranes are designed, and the supporting frame is made of SS41 # material.

Characteristics of Roll Plating Equipment:
Roll plating equipment is used to electroplate workpieces inside a drum. The biggest difference between it and the plated parts is the use of a drum, which carries the workpiece and is coated during the continuous rolling process. The drum is generally in the shape of a sixth floor column, placed horizontally. The drum is designed with an opening on one side, and during electroplating, the workpiece is processed and loaded into the electroplating drum through the opening. The drum materials include PP board, mesh board, acrylic board, stainless steel board, etc. During electroplating, the conduction of current between the workpiece and the anode, the renewal of the solution inside and outside the cylinder, and the discharge of exhaust gas all need to pass through these small holes. The design of the drum cathode conductive device is that the copper wire or copper rod is naturally connected to the cathode conductive device due to the gravity of the workpiece inside the drum. The structure, size, dimensions, rotational speed, conductivity, and porosity of the drum are all related to the efficiency of the rolling coating production and the quality of the coating. Therefore, the drum will be designed and customized according to the needs of different customers.
