Equipment introduction

Aluminum oxidation equipment production line, also known as anodic oxidation equipment production line, is an automated production line specially designed for surface oxidation treatment of aluminum. This kind of production line forms a hard, corrosion-resistant and decorative oxide film on the surface of aluminum by electrochemical methods, so as to improve the abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and aesthetics of aluminum.

Aluminum oxidation equipment production line usually includes the following main parts:

1. Pre-treatment equipment: It is used for cleaning, degreasing, descaling and other pre-treatment of aluminum to ensure that the surface of aluminum is clean and free of impurities so as to lay a good foundation for the subsequent oxidation treatment.

2. Anodizing tank: This is the core part of the production line where the aluminum is anodized. Through electrolysis, a dense oxide film is formed on the surface of aluminum. The design of the anodizing tank, temperature, current density and other parameters will affect the quality and performance of the oxide film.

3. Post-treatment equipment: including coloring, sealing and other processes. Dyeing equipment is used to color the oxide film to meet different color requirements; sealing equipment is used to close the micropores of the oxide film to improve the corrosion and abrasion resistance of the oxide film.

4. Auxiliary equipment: such as power supply, cooling system, control system, etc., which provide the necessary support and guarantee the normal operation of the production line.

The process flow of aluminum oxidation equipment production line generally includes: loading → pretreatment → anodic oxidation → post-treatment → inspection → unloading. In the production process, each process parameter must be strictly controlled to ensure that the aluminum products produced meet the quality requirements.
