The traverse of the workpiece is realized by the motor-driven chain, the chain pulls the track, and the lifting of the workpiece is also realized by the motor-driven chain, the chain drives the lifting platform, which holds the slider, the boom, the hangers and the workpiece for up and down movement, all the movements and safety protection are controlled by the inductor, and through certain settings, it is possible to realize the workpiece with multiple sets of programs, air drops, jumping troughs, descending to a high level and other special requirements. Vertical lifting plating line is applicable to a wide range of products, mainly used for a variety of small parts, large output, a single process, including plastic plating, to achieve nickel-chrome plating, copper plating, ABS copper-nickel-chrome and other plating requirements.
