The Raymond Reel-to-Reel Continuous Plating Equipment Line follows a meticulously controlled, multi-stage process to ensure high-quality and consistent plating on continuous strip materials.
The raw material strip (e.g., lead frames, connectors) is unwound from a reel and fed into the line. It then undergoes a series of cleaning and surface preparation steps, including degreasing, rinsing, and activation, to ensure optimal adhesion of the plated layer.
The strip passes through various plating cells, where the desired metal is electrodeposited. Our systems can be configured for overall plating or precise selective plating, where only specific areas of the strip are plated using advanced masking or localized deposition techniques.
