I. Overview of the Production Line

The barrel plating and blackening equipment production line usually consists of pre-treatment equipment, barrel plating equipment, blackening treatment equipment, cleaning equipment, drying equipment and testing equipment. The production line adopts advanced plating technology and blackening process, which can realize efficient, uniform and stable plating and blackening treatment of metal surface.

 II. Main Equipment

1. Pre-treatment equipment: including oil removing, rust removing, acid washing and other processes, which is used to remove oil, rust and oxides on the metal surface and provide a clean substrate for the subsequent barrel plating and blackening treatment.

2. Roller plating equipment: Adopting the roller plating method, the metal parts are evenly rolled in the plating solution by the rotation and turning of the rollers, so as to realize the plating treatment on the metal surface. Roller plating equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, uniform plating layer, saving plating solution and so on.

3. Blackening treatment equipment: After the completion of barrel plating, the metal parts are sent to blackening treatment equipment for blackening treatment. The blackening treatment usually adopts oxidation or chemical conversion methods, so as to form a dense layer of oxidation film or chemical conversion film on the surface of the metal, thus improving the corrosion resistance of the metal and the aesthetics.

4. Cleaning equipment: used to clean the metal parts after roll plating and blackening treatment, to remove surface residues and impurities, to ensure the quality of plating and blackening layer.

5. Drying equipment: used to dry the cleaned metal parts to prevent the residual moisture from adversely affecting the plating and blackening layer.

6. Testing equipment: to test the products of each process on the production line to ensure that the quality of the products meets the standard requirements.
