The structure of electroplating production line mainly includes horizontal electroplating line and vertical lifting electroplating line. The two kinds of electroplating equipment production lines with different structures are mainly different in product transportation mode and product transportation structure, so the maintenance of the two kinds of electroplating lines is slightly different.
Maintenance methods and routine maintenance of electroplating equipment
1. SLOT BODY
The main difference between horizontal electroplating line and vertical lifting electroplating line lies in the delivery mode of the product, so the maintenance and repair methods for the tank body are basically the same. Generally, each water washing tank shall be cleaned once every 7 days, and the acid tank shall be cleaned once and the tank liquid shall be replaced: if there is a sprinkler installed in the tank, it is required to check whether there is any blockage, and if there is any blockage, it shall be dredged timely; Clean the conductive base and anode contact position on the plating bath once, and wipe with rag and polish with sandpaper; Check the titanium basket of the plating bath and replace the damaged titanium basket bag in time. Clean the protective bag of the polar plate about 90 days, and filter and clean the bath solution with activated carbon about 120 days to filter the impurities in the bath solution.
Trial production shall be carried out for the new tank liquid in current mode, and the production shall be carried out after the performance is stable.
2. Maintenance of Horizontal Coating Line Conveyor
The horizontal plating line adopts the parallel conveying device, and uses the parallel conveying mode to convey the product to each tank. Generally, about 7 days, the conveying rod of the horizontal electroplating line shall be cleaned once to clean the foreign matters adhered on it, so as to ensure that the conductive rod is in good condition during conveying; Check the coupling for looseness. Check the traveling wheel every 180 days to see if there is any abrasion. If there is, replace it in time to ensure that there will be no clamping during conveying. Check the transmission shaft and the whole transmission system device once, and timely adjust and repair if any problem is found.
3. Maintenance of vibration mechanism of vertical lifting electroplating line
The vertical lifting electroplating line adopts the conveying device of lifting and vibrating remote conveying, and uses the lifting conveying mode to convey the product to each tank. Vertically lift the electroplating line. In order to ensure the uniformity and effect of electroplating, a vibration and swinging device will be designed, and a vibration and swinging mechanism will be installed on the tank body. Check whether the speed reducer operates normally and its fastening is good about 30 days. Check the fastening of the bolt of the vibration motor and the abrasion of the vibration rubber. If the abrasion is serious, replace it in time. Check the contact condition of the power line in the wiring board about 180 days. For the power line whose insulation layer is melted or aged, replace it in time to ensure the insulation between the power lines; Check all the bearings on the vibration mechanism once, apply lubricating grease, replace the severely worn bearings in time, and clean the operating vehicle and the hanging county once a week (don't disassemble it). When cleaning, use the rag technology and sand paper for polishing. Check the slings once every 30 days to see if they are damaged; Inspect and maintain all motors of the traveling crane once to ensure normal operation. The traveling crane and the slings shall be thoroughly cleaned and maintained for 180 days, and the slings shall be removed from the traveling crane for cleaning.
4. Maintenance of circulating filter unit
Check the filter cartridge of the circulating filter unit once every 7 days to see if there is any leakage. Clean or replace the filter cotton core every 15 days or so. The filter carbon core shall be replaced about 30 days to ensure the filtration quality and the flow of the filter. The filter pump shall be cleaned once. The filter air and the filter screen of the air pump shall be cleaned. The contact condition of the power line connector of the pump motor shall be checked about 30 days. Any looseness or aging of the line shall be handled timely to ensure good contact and safe insulation and protect the motor.
5. Maintenance of surrounding equipment of electroplating production line
Check the output power of all power supplies within 7 days; Check the power supply, electrical control cooling air duct and radiator, remove dust and clean to protect the cooling effect. Check all electrical components about 30 days, and replace them in time in case of damage and corrosion; Check all connectors, timely repair in case of poor contact, virtual connection and false welding, and timely replace in case of rust and damage; check all contactors and relays, timely replace in case of poor contact or contact adhesion; check main parameters of capacitor, reactor and anode, and replace as soon as possible in case of abnormality. For automatic feeding system, check and calibrate once every 7 days. Clean the scale and dirt on the electric heater about 7 days to prevent the internal temperature of the electric heater from being too high.
6. Maintenance of pipeline
Check each water and gas pipeline system once every 7 days to see if there is any leakage or liquid leakage. Repair and replace the pipeline in time if there is any leakage or liquid leakage.
7. Maintenance before long-term shutdown
If the electroplating equipment is planned to be shut down for a long time, the equipment shall be maintained once so that the equipment will not be corroded and aged during the shutdown for a long time. The ground shall be cleaned and kept dry, and the machine stand, groove, traveling crane and hanging county shall be kept clean and dry. All motors shall be wrapped with preservative paper for protection: all bearings shall be injected with lubricating grease for rust prevention; The potions in all pipelines shall be cleaned; Clear the potions in the filter barrel of the filter; Take out the filter element and clean it; All heaters in the tank shall be cleaned to remove dirt and keep dry.
For electroplating equipment production line, due to different processes of products and different frequency used by manufacturers, there will be certain differences in equipment, so there will be different differences in maintenance and repair. However, timely and correct maintenance must be carried out for equipment, and maintenance and repair of equipment shall not be ignored due to production progress and output. Only correct and timely maintenance can ensure normal operation of equipment, stable performance, production output and quality, and extended service life of equipment.
